This weekend was the art sale at Studio 276.

Lacrosse

This was the first time that I saw a lacrosse game. What a fun rough game! I could not ask for more. I just wish that there were more games this season. To view more photos from this game, click HERE

I love the expressions on all the Laurentian players faces. Queens did not score on this free kick but they did go on to win the game 3-0.

After a very long break from shooting sports. I went out on Sunday for the Laurentian Voyageurs Women and Men soccer. The lady vees tied 0 - 0 against Queen's Golden Gaels.

Jack's Plane

Unfortunately I was not able to go for a flight. The back up engine was not working. Maybe next time. But not being able to get in the air did not prevent us from having fun.

The Salon

I know that it has been a long time since my last post. I have been going through my pictures from the last few weeks. This is a photo taken while in Ottawa. It was at a friend of mines cottage. It was a really beautiful place that I could spend days taking pictures there. This is a shot of the living room as you walk into the cottage. It was late in the afternoon and the sun had just dropped over the horizon. The light was so soft and really made you feel what was special about this place.

This photo if from a portrait shoot that I was helping a friend with. I just loved the way the light was highlighting the edge of her shirt, neck and hair. All the circular objects create a nice repetition.

The dock at my parents cottage was in desperate need of repair. The old dock tied up to the new dock so that it did not float away.
